  • Act as a real estate broker.

All agreements for property transactions are between users and agents or developers directly.

6. Content Submission

Users may submit content (e.g., reviews, messages). By submitting content, you grant Bienice.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Payments

If you transact through the Portal, payment processing is handled by third-party services (e.g., Stripe). We are not responsible for payment failures, credit-card errors, or refund disputes. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Bienice.com (except user-generated content) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • We suspect misuse or illegal activity.
  • You request account deletion.

Upon termination, your access and rights under these Terms cease immediately.

10. Disclaimers

  • Our platform is provided “as is”.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We are not liable for third-party content, property inaccuracies, or outcomes of real estate transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bienice.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
